Description
Rajanaka August Praxis Seminar will begin on Friday, August 14th at 2pm and conclude on Sunday, August 16th. Three full days of the study of mudra with lectures, practices including mantra and meditation. Sessions will come to a total of four hours each day with asana breaks and Break Out rooms for community and conversation. Tuition for the August Praxis Seminar is $150. IF you cannot afford the full tuition, you may use our “sliding scale.”
